We support utility companies in the development of market-oriented strategies in infrastructure, digital business models and trend research.
With our data and analyses we support our clients day-to-day in strategic business development, and by extension, in M&A projects, internationalisation efforts or innovation & ideation processes. The added value of our work always lies in the combination of secondary data, information from proprietary data sources and feedback from experts culled from targeted interview programmes. With this research and subsequent analyses, we lay the groundwork for market-oriented corporate management and the success of business development in the digital era.
One of the most important topics in industrial market research is the field of market analysis and modeling. The CLEVIS team creates detailed market models, performs data based scenario analyses and analyzes market trends on a macro or micro level. Our work is also used to support M&A processes where concrete company profiles and M&A target lists are needed. Our research team is fully international and conducts interviews and market analysis on a global level, using multilingual analysts in their native language.
Due to the multinational background of our researchers, interviewers and analysts, CLEVIS Research is globally active as a market and trend research institute. We are able to conduct not only secondary research but also primary research in more than 25 languages. Mastery of the native language is an essential component and prerequisite for the success of interview programs, which in turn are the prerequisite for the success of internationalization and go-to-market strategies. In such projects, we support medium-sized companies in evaluating the attractiveness of global sales markets and assist in evaluating the best go-to-market approach. Be it by establishing a branch office, identifying distribution partners, investing in a local company or through a joint venture the most suitable approach.
Today, the basis of successful innovation processes is always a comprehensive picture of the “innovation ecosystem” of each organization. With the help of these analyses we help our customers to obtain a precise status analysis of their markets and technical as well as digital innovations. Our data provides the basis for incubation and accelerator programs, M&A activity in the start-up sector, selection of digitization initiatives and best practice analysis. The Innovation Research division is the spearhead of CLEVIS for the analysis of technologies, digital business models and start-ups. Our clients are venture capital investors as well as medium-sized companies and corporates who monitor the activities and progress in digital markets.
Our methodology area Customer Insights & Pricing deals with the behavior, wishes and dreams of customers and consumers. Here we analyze the interest of customers in service levels, customer expectations and journeys through CX studies and programs. The CLEVIS team accompanies its customers in these projects on a long-term basis in the context of CX Outsourcing programs, analyzes the brand reputation and significance in the context of these optimization projects and provides strategic action alternatives in the areas of pricing, packaging and service. This includes the collection of NPS Scores in standardized customer surveys as well as the analysis of employee satisfaction in terms of an Employee Experience (EX).
Our team is our most important asset. We are proud of the heterogeneity and diversity that distinguishes us as a team and as colleagues. Our projects require a high degree of flexibility and specialist knowledge, which encourages us to continuously develop our team further.
